How do you cancel your order?

Special gifts are never cancelled, they are re-ordered. But if somehow you really need to cancel the order, then you must do it before your order is dispatched, failing which orders cannot be cancelled.

There are no extra charge for order cancellations. Simply email us at contact@quirkystore.in with your order number mentioned in the subject line.

In case you would like to cancel the order after it is dispatched, you can simply refuse to accept the order and inform us of the same via email. 

Return Policy

We always deliver you the best quality items and ensure that we make you happy always.

If by any chance you find the product is defective or damaged, you can always return it back to us. You must inform us via mail or in our helpline number within 7 working days of receiving the package. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when reverse pick up is made. Do not worry, we would exchange your product with brand new and high quality product at no extra charges.

The replacement would be done within 5-7 working days, without any additional charges.

If you find on time of delivery that the packaging is altered with, do not accept the package and return it to the delivery executive.

Refund Policy

Refund is available when you cancel your order before dispatch. In case of orders paid online the amount would be refunded in the same bank from which it was paid, without any deductions.

In case a replacement of a defective product is not available, then refund will be done. For online payments, refund will be made to the same bank account from where the amount was paid.

In case you not liking the product you need to courier us back the product and we will refund the amount to your respective account. You need to intimate us the same at contact@quirkystore.in within 7 days. Just a point, make sure product is unused or tags are intact or else it would be hard for us to entertain those demands.

For CODs, your bank details will be required. The amount will then be refunded your bank account within 5-7 working days. Alternatively, refunds can also be done via PayTM.
